- Solicitation number is SPM4A6-09-R-0292, IQC09012009037, Stock Number, 6150-01-557-6225, Wiring Harness Set, Unit of Issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted. Surge and Sustainment may be applicable. NSN is non-commercial, and not a Critical Item and not a Critical Safety Application. An approved source of supply is BAE Systems, Cage SZ177, Part Number: R0078966. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) year plus four (4) option years. Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 240 each. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and each option year is 120 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year thereafter is 30 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 120 each. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 161 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
