- Description
- The purpose for this change is: 1) Update projected contract performance dates; 2) Change the Place of Performance to Fort Polk, LA; and 3) Update POCs. This requirement is to provide Human Resource services to support the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC), Army Regulation 5-9 (AREA SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES), inter-service support agreements and designated Reserve Component units. Services will include: In and Out Processing, Identification Cards, Retention, Transition Processing, Reassignments, Awards, Compassionate Reassignments and Hardships Discharges, Retirements and related administrative services. Provide support services for the Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP). Provide Official Mail and Distribution Services, Records Management and related administrative support functions. The contractor shall provide services, materials, supplies, supervision, labor and equipment (except that provided by the Government) required to perform all work to conform to the terms, conditions and specifications of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a 100% HubZone set-aside under provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.1305. Base period of performance is expected to begin on/or about 1 April 2009 through 31 March 2010 (to include a one month phase in period) with two 1-year options through 31 March 2012.
