- DSCC is soliciting for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for 24 NSNs. The estimated annual demand value for this solicitation is $308,224.73. The estimated 5 year value (including options) is $1,541,123.65. The contract maximum (not to exceed) value is $3,082,247.30. The anticipated contract period will be for one 1 year base period and 4 one year option periods which can be exercised at the discretion of the Government. While price will be a significant evaluation factor, past performance, delivery, surge and sustainment and DLA MBA Program will also be taken into consideration as specified in the solicitation. This solicitation will be issued as a total small business set-aside with full and open competition after exclusion of sources. The solicitation will be available on DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 15.
