Effective on JANUARY 27, 2008, the following changes were made to Solicitation No. VA-248-09-RP-0151 for project titled Renovation of an existing Passenger Elevators - Construction Project located at VA Caribbean Healthcare System, VA Parking Garage, #10 Calle Casia, San Juan, Puerto Rico, 00921-3201: 2.1. To amend the following Section from: "Section 4. Selected Contractor Requirements" "4.1 Selected contractor shall visit the site before submitting his final proposal. Visits to the site shall be made by appointment with the Contracting officer" to: Section 4. Selected Contractor Requirements 4.1 Contractor shall visit the site before submitting his final proposal. Visits (Pre-proposal conference) to the VA site will be on the following dates: Tuesday February 3 at 9:00 a.m. and Wednesday February 4 at 9:00 a.m. (Puerto_Rico Atlantic time) *NOTE: The offerors/contractors that can not be able to attend to the scheduled site visits are responsible to submit their offer, in accordance with the solicitation requirements. Additional site visit won't be granted. 3. The rest of this solicitation remains the same unless is amended by the Contracting Officer and acknowledged by the Offeror. The original signed amendment shall be mailed attention to the Contracting Officer with the original offer submission. Copies of the solicitation may be downloaded at no charge at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address.
