- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for the purchase of the following; The Colorado Army National Guard is looking for 4,000 SCM Microsystems USB SmartCard Readers. The Type of contract will be fixed price. Items must be delivered by 27 February 2009. A due date for offers will be 2 p.m., Mountain Standard Time, 02 February 2009.
