The sole source determination is based on AAMC being the only organization to provide USUHS (Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences) with a benchmarking tool that compares USUHS faculty satisfaction with peers nation-wide through the use of a customized tool that provides actionable steps that can be implemented right away. This is not a request for quote. However, all interested parties may contact the Contract Specialist listed below. Sources interested in responding to this requirement must be able to provide compelling evidence that they can provide a benchmarking tool as specified above. Responses must be submitted electronically, via email, to tosin.abari@usuhs.mil. The deadline for the submittal of responses is February 3, 2009, 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
