- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number assigned to this action is W91YTZ-08-R-0021. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) from the North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office (NARCO) Washington, DC 20307, MCC-NA. This procurement is set aside 100% for SERVICE DISABLED VETEREN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2006-07. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 621399, with a Small Business Size Standard of $6.5M. A list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including option(s) are as follows: CLIN 0001 ANESTHESIOLOGY SERVICES FOR CANCER SCREENING PROGRAM, 1920 hours. CLIN 0002 CONTRACT MANPOWER REPORTING. The base year period of performance is DATE OF AWARD through 30 September 2009. This procurement is time sensitive. All proposals must indicate that a pool of applicants has been specifically identified for this procurement and that the vendor can supply the Government with well qualified workers IMMEDIATELY UPON AWARD.
