Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a Delivery Order under BOA N00019-06-G-0011 for the AN/ALQ-165(V) Airborne Self Protection Jammer (ASPJ) with a Joint Venture – ITT Industries, Inc. and Northrop Grumman Corporation, Clifton, New Jersey on a sole source basis for the following effort: Purchase materials in sufficient quantity to repair Weapons Replacement Assemblies (WRA’s) currently awaiting parts, and for the support of future repair requirements on the AN/ALQ-165(V) systems. This action is being awarded on a sole source basis to Joint Venture – ITT Industries Inc. and Northrop Grumman in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. ITT Industries Inc./ Northrop Grumman is the only qualified source which possesses the detailed knowledge of the AN/ALQ-165(V) design to allow them to perform these efforts in a timely and cost effective manner. Expressions of interest in subcontracting shall be addressed to Mr. Murray Pilchik of ITT Industries, Inc. See numbered Notes 22 and 26.
