Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912TF-09-T-0002, is being issued as a request for quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-29-Amendment-1. This requirement is a HUBZone small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 333923 Overhead Traveling Crane, Hoist, and Monorail System Manufacturing, Size Standard is 500 employees. See attachment labeled Statement of Work for specifications and requirements. See attachment Drawings for layout of installation area. Delivery and installation must take place during this time frame: June-July, 2009. Location: Field Maintenance Shop #2, 350 Meadow Street, Littleton, NH, 03561. Site Visits will be available upon request. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items apply. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror that provides best value to the government.
