- This is a follow-up announcement for the Industry Day that was conducted on January 13, 2009 in Fredericksburg, VA, regarding Future Decontaminants on behalf of the Joint Product Manager Decontamination (JPM Decon). The purpose of this announcement is to thank all who participated in the event and to notify interested sources that all of the Government briefings presented during the Industry Day event, Government responses to questions from industry provided before and during the event, and the attendance roster have been posted to the Natick Contracting Division (NCD) website at https://www3.natick.army.mil/mastsoldet.cfm?recordID=W911QY09RDFOS. On January 14, 2009, the Government conducted voluntary one-on-one discussions with potential offerors. Responses to questions raised during those discussions will be addressed and posted to the NCD link above. Interested sources are encouraged to monitor this site for new information, which will be posted as it arises. Interested sources are also advised that comments and questions regarding the Draft Request for Information (RFI) and Questionnaire (also posted to the NCD website above) will be accepted by the Government until January 30, 2009. In early February 2009, the Government will post the final RFI and Questionnaire that will mark the formal solicitation for information regarding candidate decontaminants. Points of Contact Technical questions and comments regarding the RFI and Questionnaire should be directed to the DFoS Director of Programs at victor.murphy@usmc.mil. Contracting questions should be directed to the Natick Contracting Division at peter.wallace@us.army.mil.
