- Description
- The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure on a sole-source basis Advanced Operational Reporting (AOR) licenses and support from Distributed Solutions, Inc (DSI). AOR is a module of the Automated Acquisition Management System (AAMS), the procurement system installed at NSF. DSI is the only source for the required licenses and associated maintenance. The anticipated period of performance is one base year and four one-year option periods. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
