- Pre-Solicitation HSCG33-09-Q-23044 Classification: NAICS code: 23710 Set Aside: Total Small Business: $33.5 M ADVERTISED (SYNOPSIS) DESCRIPTION **THIS PRESOLICITATION “HSCG33-09-Q-23044” INCORPORATES DAVIS-BACON ACT (FEB 1195), FAR CLAUSE 52.222-6******REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) PACKAGE WILL BE AVAILABLE VIA FEDBIZOPS WITHIN 5 DAYS AFTER SYSNOPSIS (ADVERTISEMENT) HAS BEEN UPLOADED.********** This is a solicitation to “Repair the damaged sewer pipe on the Bluebell Pier located at U.S. Coast Guard Sector Portland, Portland, OR”. Contractor is required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals to this project. A site visit will be required for all interested parties. Location: USCG Sector Portland, 6767 North Basin Avenue, Portland, OR 97217-3992. POC to Schedule: CWO3 Lee Loftis, 503-240-9330 or DC1 Matthew Piper, 503-240-2576. Period of Performance: Work to commence no later than 10 days after receipt of ward/notice to proceed. Work to be completed within 15 days after commencement of work. The projected date of completion is to be no later than March 02, 2009. The Davis Bacon Wage rates for Construction apply to each and every employee associated with this contract. The following General Decision Number: OR080002 Dated: 01/02/2009. Contractor’s quote response is to be of a price breakdown format and sent via email to Deborah.S.Cefaratti@uscg.mil. The estimated cost range is less than $15,000. This procurement is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 23710 and the applicable size standard is $33.5 million dollars in annual receipts for the past three years. All responses small business may submit a quotation. This solicitation will be issued in paper form. Solicitation documents may be accessed for download from the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPS) website beginning on the date of issue (estimated to be on or about January 16th, 2009) at the following site: http://fedbizops.gov. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will be posted on the website. Prospective quoters are responsible for checking the website for amendments up to the date and time of due (closing) date of January 29th, 2009 for receipt of quotations. Firms must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration System. Vendors are encouraged to register their interest by entering their information in the Interested Vendors List (IVL) for this solicitation in FEDBIZOPS. The award of this solicitation is projected to be on or before February 2nd, 2009.*********Offers are due on January 29th, 2009, by 2:00 pm local time.
