- This is market research only. There will be no compensation to concerns for preparing information necessary for this market research. Air Combat Command Acquisition Management & Integration Center, Langley Air Force Base, VA is in the process of validating the acquisition strategy for a requirement to provide critical command and control data, voice interconnectivity and video relays to enable pilots and sensor operators to fly, control and monitor Unmanned Aerial Systems Combat Air Patrols (UASCAPs) worldwide.
