- NAICS Code: 541611Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) intends to issue a purchase order under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., 8283 Greensboro Dr., McLean, VA 22102-4904, to purchase management and consultant analysis in support of Army Capabilities Integration Center Forward (ARCIC-F). This action will result in a Labor Hour contract with a period of performance from 3 FEB 2009 through 2 NOV 2009. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within five (5) days after date of publication (NLT FEB 2, 2009 10:00 am EST) of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
