- Infrastructure Executive Council Membership 2009 The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to The Corporate Executive Board, 1919 N Lynn Street, Arlington, VA, for a one year membership renewal starting from the date of award of the Infrastructure Executive Council, a program of the Corporate Executive Board. Membership to the Infrastructure Executive Council includes: 1) Access to the Annual Executive Retreat Meeting 2) Access to Infrastructure Executive Council web site, print publications and decision support tools 3) Access to one onsite on a topic selected by the Member Organization 4) Access to Infrastructure Executive Council teleconferences/webinars 5) Access to the Short Answer Research queue, which will allow the member two secondary research requests at a time 6) An assigned account team which proactively supports the Member Organization in achieving its strategic priorities by connecting the senior-most Infrastructure executive with appropriate resources provided by Corporate Executive Board’s Infrastructure Executive Council The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources who can provide the above requirement shall submit written quotations to Pellumbeshe Hoxhaj at: pellumbeshe.hoxhaj@irs.gov, or fax at 404-338-9231 no later than January 27, 2009 at 12:00 pm EST. Organizations submitting quotes should address the cost of membership fee and a description of the services/materials the fee includes; service (and related costs) that are available but not limited to membership fee; listing of reference materials maintained by the organization (research and completed studies); description of corporate history, mission, and organizational membership. Quote should include resume of the proposed on site contract/research manager and at least three (3) corporate references, Federal Tax ID Number and DUNS number if available. Award will be based on price and other factors. All quotes shall include price(s); a POC (name and telephone number); GSA contract number if applicable; business size and payment terms. All Treasury contractors are required to be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to receipt of award. Quotes over 10 pages in total will not be accepted by facsimile. If no responses are received, award will be made to the Corporate Executive Board.
