- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure one (1) Projet SD 3000 High Definition 3-D Printer with 328 X 328 X 606 DPI resolution, single-pass print head design to optimize production speed for larger footprint parts or full platform builds of smaller parts, and utilizes Multi-Jet Modeling technology to produce parts with smooth surfaces and small feature detail, One year warranty on parts and labor including installation. Trade in for current Invision SR Printer will ap! ply as a discount towards the purchase price of the new printer. The Request For Quote (RFQ) Number is N00178-09-Q-3002. The required delivery is 60 days after receipt of order. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13 as a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. The NAICS Code is 333293 and the FSC Code is 3610. Pricing will be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Receiving Officer, 6220 Tisdale Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Therefore, the quote must include all applicable shipping charges. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, AS ALL ITEMS ARE SPECIFIED UNDER THIS NOTICE AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The closing date is 27 January 2009, 9:00 AM local time. Anticipated award date is 30 January 2009.
