- The Government intends to negotiate a Requirements type contract with firm fixed prices in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15. The contractor shall provide packing, crating, drayage of household goods as required by Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk (FISCN), Supply Management Department Midwest, Great Lakes, IL. The areas of performance consist of: Area I - Kenosha, Racine, Rock, and Walworth in the State of Wisconsin, the counties of Winnebago, Boone, McHenry, and Lake in the State of Illinois, Area II - the counties of Lake, LaPorte, and Porter in the State of Indiana, Area III - Brown, Door, Langlade, Manitowoc, Menominee, Portage, Waupaca, Oconto, Calumet, Kewaunee, Lincoln, Marathon, Outagamie, Shawano, Washara, and Wood in the State of Wisconsin, Area IV - Adams, Crawford, Dane, Grant, Green, Iowa, Juneau, Lafayette, Richland, Sauk, and Vernon in the State of Wisconsin, and Area V - Columbia, Fond du Law, Jefferson, Milwaukee, Sheboygan, Wauk! ehsa, Dodge, Green Lake, Marquette, Qzaukee, and Washington in the State of Wisconsin. This is a 100% small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) 484210-Used Household and Office Goods Moving. Solicitation N00189-09-R-M002 is for a base period with four additional one-year option periods. The period of performance is from 1 April 2009 through 31 December 2009 plus four one-year option periods. The solicitation shall be issued on or around 1 February 2009. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This office no longer issues hard copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the offeror will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive! contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. By submission of a proposal, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
