- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, Maryland, PMA-207, is requiring a contract to support Electronic Warfare Training and Test Aircraft (EWTTA) Aircrft Configuration Requirements. These requirements include services of two (2) stand-off-jamming capable aircraft. This is planned to be a sole source requirement with Phoenix Air Group, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement for the purpose of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement. The Government will consider all capability statements received in response to this notice. The Government reserves the right to process this procurement as a sole source based on the responses received.
