Solicitation SPM4A6-09-R-0229; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited UNRESTRICTED; OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN COMPETITION 10 U.S.C. 2304(c). The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 39 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 39 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 156 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 156 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 312 each for the base and option years. The approved sources for this requirement are EATON CORPORATION, CAGE 8W928, part number CF15-400 AND VIJ CORPORATION, CAGE 94581, part number 173-400..
