- This notice is for the LTRS SE&I acquisition. The Spacelift Range Group (LRRG) Program Office will be holding "LTRS Open House" Industry Days between 27 and 29 January 2009 to provide an overview of the mission of the LRRG Detachments and tour select LTRS sites at both the Eastern and Western Ranges to better understand the SE&I context associated with RFP FA8811-09-R-0001. The site visits are essential for SE&I offerors to understand LTRS Range configurations, operating environments, interfaces, and challenges. Parties interested in participating in one or both of these events shall register with Mr. Michael Talbott via email at michael.talbott@losangeles.af.mil not later than 4PM PST on 20 January 2009. The Eastern Range Industry Day will be hosted by the Spacelift Range Group Detachment 1, at Patrick Air Force Base, FL on 27 and 28 January 2009. The Western Range Industry Day will be hosted by the Spacelift Range Group Detachment 2, at Vandenberg Air Force Base, CA on 29 January 2009. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this notice. Seating is limited and registration is required for attendance. Please contact Mr. Michael Talbott via email at michael.talbott@losangeles.af.mil to register and receive additional information on the location and access requirements. Potential prime contractors will be limited to 3-5 prioritized representatives. Overall industry response will dictate number of participants allowed. Small and small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to attend.
