Description
FedBizOpps Notice for Reagents for Prevelance Study: The Naval Medical Logistics Command intends iussue a contract, on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to Microgenics Corporation as the only source that can provide the following reagent kits: MGC Part #Product Description Size Kit Yield Qty 1732137LSD - CEDIA TSC 3x17 mL119 140 100098Opiates - CEDIAMCC 65 mL 418 40 100094Benzodiazepine - CEDIAMCC 65 mL 418 40 100116Methadone Metabolite 500 mL 3480 5 (EDDP) - DRI Microgenics Corporation shall provide the reagent kits for the drug labs located in San Diego, CA; Jacksonville, FL; Great Lakes, IL; Brooks City-Base, TX; Fort Meade, MD; and Tripler AMC, HI and Rockville, MD. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 325413 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, parties interested in responding to this notice will need to submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product. All capability statements received by 31 January will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafied capability to fulfill the requirements. All inquiries must be in writing and may be emailed to acquisitions@med.navy.mil (In subject line, reference Code 024D) or telefaxed to (301)619-2925. Statements are due by 31 January 2009.
