- This advertisement supersedes the ad placed on May 23, 2008. Please note the square footage has been reduced. If you have placed an expression of interest to the previous ad you do not have to do so for this one unless you would like to add a site or building to your previous submittal. REQUIREMENT: Approximately 19,479 rentable square feet of office and related space. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 16,938 usable square feet available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Existing buildings, new construction, or sites large enough to accommodate the requirement may be considered. UNIQUE SPECIFICATIONS: 30’ setback required on all sides of the building. Space must be contiguous and located on no more than two floors. 14’ ceilings required in a portion of the building. Approximately 21 parking spaces are required. LEASE TERM: 15 years, with a 10 year firm term. A fully-serviced lease shall be negotiated. DELINEATED AREA: Point of Beginning: Intersection of Kanawha Blvd and Route 114. North on Route 114 to Intersection of Charleston City Limits. West along the Charleston City Limits to Interstate 77. South on Interstate 77/64 to Washington St. West on Washington St to Patrick St. South on Patrick St. to Kanawha Blvd. Southeast on Kanawha Blvd. to Route 114.
