- This advertisement supersedes the ad placed on December 22, 2008. Please note the delineated area has changed. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. General Services Administration is interested in leasing between 5,000 and 16,500 ANSI BOMA Office Area square feet of office space available for use by the federal tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years. DELINEATED AREA: Point of Beginning: The intersection of the eastern boundary of the city limits of York, PA and Route 124. East on Route 124 to Route 24. North on Route 24 to Route 30. West on Route 30 to North Sherman Street. South on North Sherman Street to the northern boundary of the city limits of York, PA.
