- NSN 1560013814973, PR 0020133465, Item: WINDSHIELD PANEL, AI P/N: 166700-03 from (Cage 12035) The Sierracin Corporation. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the government. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item. This procurement is a large purchase of qty 13 each. This solicitation is expected to result in a Firm Fix Price contract. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. This is a Critical Application Item. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation opening date is 02/06/09; the close date is 03/12/09. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
