Modification 06: This notification is being issued to update potential offerors on the status of the NOAA IT Strategic Alignment and Sourcing Initiative. This acquisition is officially titled NOAALink. The official website for this program can be found at http://noaalink.noaa.gov. All comments/questions/suggestions can be submitted through the website via the Q&A Forum tab. As of 14 January 2009, the following documents have be posted for comment: Statement of Objectives and its Attachments; Solicitation Provisions and Clauses, including Addendums to the provisions and clauses. Also the Acquisition Strategy can be found under the Acquisition Strategy tab. It is recommended that all interested parties check the website on a regular basis Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday after 1:00pm Eastern Time. All comments or questions should be posted to the website or you should contact the Contracting Officer Anita Middleton at 301-713-3405 x167 or via e-Mail at Anita.R.Middleton@noaa.gov.
