- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Ship Systems Engineering Station (NSWCCD-SSES), intends to procure, on a sole source basis from JonRie InterTech LLC, support services to Rebuild an Exisitng Traction Winch and Hydraulic Control System on a converted U.S. Navy ATF class ocean going tug. This Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued using FAR SubPart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. See Note 22.
