- This modification is to clarify the requirements. A Drawing can be obtained by request from james.moreno@conus.army.mil 1Q.Is there a style of block that you are looking for other than 2*2*6? 1A. Standard Ecology blocks are requested. Also known as Mafia Blocks. They must interlock and they have a rough faced finish with a rebar lifter located in the middle of the block. 2Q.What is the physical address that the blocks are shipped to or as close as you can get? 2A. Shipping to MPRC South, Fort Carson, Co 80913 through gate 3 and escort will be provided if need be. 25 miles downrange as noted in the solicitation. 3Q.What is the time frame on delivery like day and time? 3A. Delivery can be made from 7am-16:00pm/4PM 4Q.What is the project time frame to start and to be completed? 4A. Project delivery should be complete in 3-5 days from the start date. Late February is our goal. This is negotiable. 5Q.Does this project need to have any bonding? 5A. No bonding required. 6Q.Do we need a contractors license for the state being delivered to? 6A. No, license not needed for delivery.
