- The 96 Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for repair of IR Camera Drives to SE-IR Corporation, 87 Santa Felicia Drive, Goleta, CA 93117 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Anticipated award date is 26 January 2009. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: (1 Each) Repair; Camera, SEIR CIR HD, Serial #1763, Rack Mount RAID server chassis. CLIN 0002: (1 Each) Repair; Timing pattern generator board, included software. CLIN 0003: (1 Each) Repair; Pipeline DSP processor board. CLIN 0004: (1 Each) Repair; Dual buffer PCI frame grabber. CLIN 0005: (2 Each) Repair; 25' parallel RS-422 high-speed cable. CLIN 0006: (1 Each) Repair; Standard cable set. CLIN 0007: (1 Each) Upgrade; LVDS. CLIN 0008: (1 Each) Supply; CAMIRA low noise DC power. These items are to be delivered to Air Force Research Laboratory/MNO, Eglin AFB, FL 32542 FOB Destination. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 811219, small business size standard: $7.0M dollars. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
