However, it is being place on theGovernment Point of Entry (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/) in accordancewith FAR 5.101(a)(2). Responsible source may submit a response which,if timely receive, will be considered. To be eligible for contractaward, offerors must be approved sources, in accordance with clause,Qualification Requirements. The Government is NOT required to delaycontract award to review pending Source Approval Request (SAR).Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARs AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.See solicitation for further instructions.
