- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisitions, Test Program. The Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for Brand Name Sun Microsystems hardware. The attachement provides a Brand Name J&A and the equipment listing inclusive of part numbers, description and quantities. In order to participate in this acquisition and for your quote to be included in the evaluations, you must be a Sun Microsystems Authorized Government Systems Provider and/or a Government Authorized Reseller certified as a Federal Government "Principal" or an "Executive" Partner.
