- Description
- The Hubert H. Humphrey Job Corps Center, an adolescent training facility, is accepting proposals for the following contracted positions for the peiod of March 1, 2009 to January 31, 2011, with three 1-year options. Individuals or a Dental Group may submit a proposal. Bidders must possess current state of Minnesota license, DEA number and malpractice insurance is required. Dentist - must be able to work a minimum of thirteen (13) hours per week. Dental Hygienist - must be able to work a minimum of thirteen (13) hours per week. Dental Assistant - must be able to work a minimum of nineteen (19) hours per week. Proposal must contain desired hourly rate for contract period and option years, a copy of license, malpractice insurance, resume and DEA number (dentist only).
