- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: Single Polarization System consisting of the following items: 1) ARA Positioner Controller Model ACU-3D-12/AV, Qty 1. 2) ARA Polarization Positioner Rotator Model ARP-90L, Qty 1. 3) Cable Set Two separate cables required between ACU-3D-12/AV controller and ARP-90L Positioner. System designed and tested to MIL-STD-810F standards for temperature, vibration, and humidity. This requirement is sole sourced to Antenna Research Associates, 11317 Frederick Avenue, Beltsville, MD for compatibility with existing Single Polarization System installed in other test aircraft. Any firms believing that they can provide the Single Polarization System may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the Single Polarization System without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may su! bmit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
