- The Hubert H. Humphrey Job Corps Center, an adolescent training facility, is accepting proposals for the following contracted position: Center Physician. This position is expected to work thirteen (13) hours per week on center for the peiod of March 1, 2009 to January 31, 2011, with three 1-year options. Bidders must possess current state of Minnesota license, general practitioner and OB/GYN expeience. Resume, DEA Number, and malpractice insurance is required. Proposal must contain monthly/hourly rate for the contract period and option years, a copy of license, malpractice insurance, resume, and DEA number. Proposal must be received by February 13, 2009.
