- The Hubert H. Humphrey Job Corps Center, an adolescent training facility, is accepting proposals for the following contracted position: Mental Health Consultant. This contracted position will involve staff development. This position is expected to work a minimum of nine (9) hours per week on center for the period of March 1, 2009 to January 31, 2011, with three 1-year options. Bidders must possess current state of Minnesota license and malpractice insurance is required. Proposal must contain hourly rate for the contract period and option years, a copy of license, malpractice insurance, and resume. Proposal must be received by February 13, 2009.
