- NSN 6680-00-445-5499, Counter, Rotating. The approved source and the part number are Aerosonic Corporation, Cage 98810, part number 42906. This NSN is a Source Controlled Item. Qualification requirements will be in clause provision 52.209-1 (I09A01) of the solicitation. The terms are FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance Destination. Quantity variance is zero. DSCR does not have an unrestricted technical data package for this NSN. The Quality Assurance Provision is DAB and will be in clause provision 52.246-02 (E46A02) of the solicitation. The required delivery is 60 days ARO. The solicitation will result in a Definite Quantity Contract. The solicitation will be issued Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. NSN is non-commercial. Pricing will be evaluated on the best valued price for 192 parts. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 29 January 2009. Effective June 1, 1998, contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
