- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Western Regional Contracting Office, Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA intends to award a base plus four option year contract to Carestream Health Inc. for maintenance and repair services for a Kodak DV8900 in the amount of $52,118.40. Carestream Health has proprietary rights to software used in equipment. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. a solicitation will not be issued. See Note 22.
