- This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will beprepared or made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, SanDiego (SPAWAR San Diego) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to ArraySolutions. to procure PST61D-MIL Antenna Positioner and Controllers, unpainted, Qty 25 each. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified AcquisitionProcedures.
