- We intend to award a sole source contract to National Semiconductor Corporation (NSC), 5-Foden Road, South Portland, Maine 041106-1706, to provide service of re-inspecting and re-evaluating 18,174 CINCO II dies (Combined Interfaces with Controlled Output) which were previously purchased. The CINCO II dies are only manufactured, developed, and maintenance by National Semiconductor Corporation, who has proprietary rights. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is Not a Request for Quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
