Description

This combined synopsis/solicitation is in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 supplemented with additional information included in the notice. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Brunswick (Glynco), Georgia is seeking to procure Guest Lecturers TO PROVIDE TRAINING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK for the Immigration Customs Enforcement Academy (ICE). OFFEROR MUST HAVE PERMISSION TO USE COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL FROM ANALYTIC ADVANTAGE TO PROVIDE THESE SERVICES. PLEASE NOTE: THE FLETC IS NOT PROCURING GUEST LECTURERS OR INSTRUCTORS. A TOTAL OF 4 TRAINING LECTURES ARE TO BE PROVIDED during FY 2009, beginning immediately after award. Your quote/proposal should include pricing for lecturers, materials, travel, lodging and per diem expenses. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. Each offeror is required to enter into https://orca.bpn.gov its reps and certs. FAR Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition. All offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration ( www.ccr.gov ) to be eligible for award. Responses must be submitted NO LATER THAN 10:00 A.M. on JANUARY 22, 2009, to Deborah Wrice by FAX to 912-267-3132 or email to Deborah.Wrice@dhs.gov All responses must be in writing.
