- Electrical Contractors to supply all labor, equipment, material and supervision to Replacement of Damaged Transformer at Substation 5A, Fort Detrick, MD. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. This is a total small business set-aside. All requests for the solicitation package must be made in writing not later than 30 Jan 09. No telephone calls will be accepted. Contractors must be actively registered in Central Contractor Registration in the applicable NAICS Code in order to receive the solicitation package. Davis Bacon Wage Determinations apply. Solicitation package to be released tentatively o/a 2 Feb; site visit o/a 10 Feb; technical questions due o/a 17 Feb; bid opening o/a 3 Mar.
