- Sole Source Procurement to hire Bob Byrant to assist the Fish and Wildlife Service as a follow-on service for his expertise in completion of the Lands Chapter of the WSFR Handbook by early summer of 2009. Mr. Bryant has been integral in completing the Lands Chapter up to his retirement in September 2008, and his knowledge, skills, and abilities in the WSFR Program and co-lead of the WSFR Lands Team are necessary to complete the document/project by early summer as mandated by our Washington Office.
