- Draft PIPs and GFI The draft PIPs and the draft GFI for the NGCM may be obtained by contacting Elizabeth Bauer at elizabeth.bauer@navy.mil and Debra Mackall at debra.mackall@navy.mil. Offerors will provide their company's name, physical address, classified address, FSC/cage code, and a point of contact for the above-mentioned documents. The release of the documents will be given to the Offeror, after it has been determined that they have the proper security clearance. Offerors are hereby notified that from time to time, the Government may post additional information to the web site relating to this solicitation (e.g. responses to questions, amendments, etc.). The solicitation will be made available only through the internet at: http://www.neco.navy.mil. It is the Offeror's responsibility to check the web site for any such information. ***See the previous synopsis for information concerning the NGCM Requirements Conference.***
