- Provide Lithotripter LithoDiamond ULT annual maintenance and repair services for the Medical Maintenance Dept. at Tripler Army Medical Center, HI in accordance with the terms and conditions of the performance work statement in solicitation W81K02-09-R-0034. Contract period of performance is a base year (01 Feb 09 - 31 Jan 10) plus four option years through 31 Jan 14. This solicitation will be available on or about 15 Jan 09 by downloading from the ASFI website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. It is the governments intent to award a sole source contract to Healthtronics due to the proprietary rights of their maintenance software. However, all reasonable offers received in response to this notice will be considered. Note 22 applies.
