- Repairs and installation of prisoner movement control system at the James T. Foley Courthouse in Albany, NY Request for Information from Interested Detention Access Control Contractors Date:January 14, 2009 A cell block/prisoner movement access control system is installed at the Foley Courthouse in Albany, NY. This system is installed on two floors, with 24volt Brinks electric locks, “Secure-Tech,” door controllers, and with an acrylic graphic switch board. The second floor is operating and being used. The first floor has been partially installed, with door locks and door controllers installed, however the wiring, programming and commissioning is incomplete. The system on the first floor needs to have all wiring, programming and commissioning completed by a “Secure-Tech,” (4051 Alvis Court, Suite #3, Rocklin, CA 95677, Ph: 916-630-1300) factory authorized, trained and certified contractor who has successfully installed and commissioned at least 3 detention access control projects within the past 3 years with “Secure-Tech,” products. The contractor must have the ability to purchase any required components through “Secure-Tech,” as needed to complete the project. The magnitude of this work is between $25,000 to $100,000.
