Description

LEASE SPACE TO THE GOVERNMENT Requirement: The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 16,492 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet within Elkins Park, PA. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Relocation costs will be evaluated. Delineated area: Offered properties must be located in the following delineated area: North: On Route 309 to Susquehanna Rd. East: On Susquehanna Rd. to Meetinghouse Rd. South: On Meetinghouse Rd. to Township Line Rd. West: On Church Rd. to Route 309 North The Government intends to award a succeeding lease to the current incumbent. Term: 10 years, 5 years firm, with full termination rights by the government after the 5th full year of occupancy. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address; 2) Rentable square feet available and rentable rate per square foot; and 3) Common Area Factor 4) Basic Floor plans. Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THIS ADVERTISEMENT.
