- This is a pre-solicitation notice for purchase of the following item: NSN: 4320-01-255-2304QP Part Number: 1004841-2 Size/Dimension Height: 1 Ft Width: 1Ft Length: 3 Ft Weight: 165 Lb Form/Function: Centrifugal pump used on the liquid coolant services trailer. The trailer is driven by a V6 diesel engine circulating liquid coolant to provide cooling to the aircraft during ground operations. Predominant Material of Manufacture: Steel and aluminum. Noun: Pump, Centrifugal End Item: Liquid Coolant Services Trailer Tech Order: 35E10-27-1/4 This requirement is for a basic quantity of 1 EA with Options as follows: Option I: 1-2 EA; Option II:1-2 EA; and Option IV: 1-2 EA. Assets will be shipped FOB Origin. Delivery is 30 Days ARO, and ship to for basic contract will be SW3119. Standard inspection and acceptance will be at Origin. Special packaging instructions will be attached to the RFQ. The RFQ will be issued as firm fixed price, 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation is expected to be posted approximately 19 Dec 08, with responses due 20 Jan 09. The RFQ will be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
