The Library of Congress intends to award to Bowie Gridley Architects an Architectural Engineering (AIE) and Schematic Design for the Visting Scholars Center for the Library of Congress. Bowie Gridley Architects is currently the contractor on this project and has unque qualifications and understanding of the nature of the work. Funding is being provided by gift funds for the continuation of this project.
