- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this action is TIRSE-09-Q-00010 and it is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-28. Small Business Size Standard: $7.0M SUBMISSION: Submit representations & certifications as applicable (see FAR 52.212-3 below). Quotes and "Additional Information" shall be submitted, using the Price Schedule below, by no later than 12:00 PM Eastern time January 20, 2009. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: Label Holders - Brand name or equal to Aigner Index, Hi-Lo, model #HL-16, 1" wide x 6" long, transparent, 45 degree angled, plastic, self adhesive, and seamless. To be delivered by no later than the week of January 26, 2009. If total quantity of 45,600 is not available for timely shipment and delivery, an initial partial shipment of a minimum quantity of 3000 will be acceptable, provided the remaining shipment and delivery will occur within 5 - 6 weeks, by no later than the week of March 2, 2009. Label holders to be shipped to 155 locations - listing will be provided upon request from Contracting Officer, or at the time of contract award. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) through (j) of this provision.
