- This synopsis is in anticipation of a Firm Fixed Price Sustaining Engineering Services contract in support of Benchtop Reconfigurable Automatic Tester (BRAT) E3 Phase Noise Measurement Module and RF Controller. Appl: E3 AWACS Aircraft. The period of performance is 18 Months from the date of award. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to Advanced Testing Technologies, Inc. (ATTI), 110 Rice Field Lane, Hauppauge NY 11788 Cage Code: 0DRX9 and no other type of services will satisfy agency requirement. The approximate issue RFP date will be 30 Jan 2009 with the approximate response date of 2 Mar 2009. Specifications, plans or drawings related to this procurement are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Notes 22, 26 apply
