PRON: D19H2994D1, NOUN: Fan, Vaneaxial, NSN: 4140-01-092-1098, PN: 11444518-1, Quantity: 60 each, with deliveries going to Fort Bliss, TX 79916-5801, applicable to Patriot Missile System. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. This item is restricted to the approved source(s): Ashland Elec Prod, Inc., Cage Code 04810 and Dynamic Air Engineering Inc., Cage Code 18965. Manufacture of this part requires special test and/or inspection facilities to determine and maintain ultra-precision quality for its function or system integrity. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 60 each, 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery without First Article Testing is 60 each, 100 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery with Alternate II is 60 each, 125 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Businesses, therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
